For the past decade, 5Church Midtown has been a place where unforgettable meals, celebrations, first dates, business dinners, anniversaries, and countless memories have been made. As we celebrate our 10-Year Anniversary, we're taking a look back at some of the dishes and cocktails that helped define the 5Church experience.

Beginning June 5 and available throughout the month of June during dinner service, we're proud to introduce the 5Church Greatest Hits Menu - a collection of ten fan-favorite items from the past ten years. Some are dishes that guests still ask about today. Others are recent favorites that have become synonymous with the 5Church brand. Together, they represent a decade of creativity, hospitality, and culinary innovation.

Whether you're a longtime regular looking to revisit an old favorite or a first-time guest curious about the dishes that helped put 5Church Midtown on the map, this limited-time menu offers a taste of our history.

"60 Second" Prime NY Strip

Perhaps no dish has sparked more conversation over the years than our legendary "60 Second" Prime NY Strip. Cooked using a unique technique, the steak is seared on only one side for approximately 60 seconds, creating a beautifully caramelized crust while preserving the integrity of the meat. Rather than a uniform temperature throughout, the steak develops a stunning ombré effect - from a rich seared exterior to progressively rarer layers as you move through each slice.

The result is a dining experience unlike any traditional steak, allowing guests to enjoy multiple textures and temperatures in a single bite. It's bold, unconventional, and unmistakably 5Church.

5Church Lamb Burger

A longtime guest favorite, the 5Church Lamb Burger combines red onion marmalade, creamy gorgonzola fondue, fresh arugula, and our signature secret sauce on a toasted brioche bun. Served with hand-cut fries, it's a dish that developed a loyal following and continues to be one of the most requested returns.

Mushroom Bolognese

This comforting pasta became one of the most beloved vegetarian entrées we've ever served. Fresh pasta is tossed with a hearty mixed mushroom ragù, tomato, garlic, parmesan, and fresh herbs to create a dish that's rich, satisfying, and full of flavor.

Cacio e Pepe

Simple ingredients, executed perfectly. Bucatini pasta is tossed with manchego cheese, burrata, cracked black pepper, and truffles, creating a luxurious take on the Italian classic. It's one of the most popular pasta dishes in 5Church history.

Penne Primavera

Fresh, vibrant, and packed with seasonal vegetables, Penne Primavera has long been a favorite among guests looking for a lighter yet flavorful pasta option.

Tableside Wagyu Experience

Part meal, part performance, the Tableside Wagyu Experience became one of the most memorable presentations we've ever offered. Premium Wagyu beef is prepared and presented tableside, creating an interactive dining experience that guests still talk about years later.

Wagyu Fried Rice

Although technically a side dish, Wagyu Fried Rice earned a reputation as one of the most addictive items we've ever served. Tender Wagyu beef, wok-fried jasmine rice, vegetables, egg, scallions, and savory soy come together in a dish that quickly became a guest obsession.

Death by Chocolate Cake

For countless birthdays, anniversaries, and celebrations, there was only one dessert to order. Death by Chocolate Cake is exactly what its name promises: rich, decadent, indulgent, and designed to be shared.

Viper

A refreshing combination of Don Julio Blanco, cucumber water, triple sec, and lime, the Viper became one of the most recognizable cocktails ever served at 5Church.

Holy Water

Crafted with Bulleit Bourbon, sweetened tea, blackberries, and mint, Holy Water was a defining cocktail during the early years of 5Church Midtown and remains a favorite among longtime guests.

A Thank You to Atlanta

The Greatest Hits Menu is more than a collection of dishes and drinks. It's a celebration of the guests, employees, partners, and community members who have supported us throughout the past ten years.

Since opening in Midtown Atlanta, 5Church has grown into one of the city's most recognizable dining destinations, known for chef-driven cuisine, creative cocktails, striking artwork, and unforgettable hospitality. Every item on this menu tells a story, and every story exists because of the people who have walked through our doors.
