This means that you have even more time to come and enjoy our delicious brunch dishes, such as our Gashouse Egg Florentine. This dish features a puff pastry stuffed with sun-dried tomato, gouda cheese, spinach, and a perfectly poached egg, all topped with a rich hollandaise sauce. For something a little more Southern, try our Crawfish & Grits. This dish features plump crawfish served over creamy grits and topped with a flavorful tomato ragu. If you're in the mood for something hearty, our Biscuits & Gravy is a must-try. This dish features a savory duck gravy served over a buttery biscuit that has been seasoned with parmesan and pepper. For something a little more unexpected, give our Chicken Schnitzel a try. This dish features a tender chicken cutlet served over mashed potatoes and topped with a rich country gravy.
